Kaşgar (Literary materials / literature-culture) magazine investigation, index

In this study, Kaşgar (Literary Materials / Literature-Culture) magazine, which was published between 1997-2004, was examined. Kaşgar, Cevdet Karal and Ömer Erdem are a literary magazine published every two months. The magazine published thirty-eight issues. The last two numbers are in one volume. The first part of the thesis, which consists of three chapters, carries the title of "Examination". In this section, which is divided into three chapters in itself, the name of the magazine, the reason for the publication, the printing and distribution, the price, the publishing period, the publication end, the figure features and the content features are detailed. The second part is the index book. Here is the chronological index of the magazine and the author's index in alphabetical order. The third section contains visual materials such as cartoons, paintings and photographs, including the period of publi¬cation of the magazine, special sections and book presentation, as well as the table of contents. In addition, there is an article written by Cevdet Karal about the journal and an interview with Ömer Erdem. Considering that the literary magazines are not long-standing, it can be said that Kaşgar passed through this difficult process. The purpose of the magazine is to illumi¬nate and beautify the society by using the correct literature and art. Some of the obs¬tacles to this magazine's publication have caused the publication to be short-lived. Ne¬vertheless, the magazine has been faithful to its purpose for many years and has strugg¬led for this purpose.
