The topic Explanation of purity in jurisprudence from (Deposit Section) to (Speculation Section) By Sheikh Ibn Qatlubugha (897 H) research and study: is a footnote and an explanation of the text of purity in jurisprudence by Sheikh Mahmoud bin Ahmed al-Mahboubi on the subject of jurisprudence what stopped me to achieve this kind of explanations and footnotes is what I found in it from the unique Islamic heritage, and the diversity in posing some issues during his explanation of the text, in addition to what I found of the great and glorious benefits in this manuscript through the issues of jurisprudential developments that the imam explains, and the opinion of the sheikhs of the school is shown. In addition to what Sheikh Ibn Qatlubugha (may God have mercy on him) had from a scholarly position, sharp insight, and a sober style in using and criticizing issues, and reliance on important sources in his explanation of the text which is undoubtedly evidence of the Sheikh's encyclopedia, his extensive knowledge, and his accuracy in attributing sayings to their sources. The work in this thesis is divided into an introduction and two chapters - namely: the study section and the investigation section - and a conclusion. Which came as following; In the first chapter, I spoke about Sheikh Mahmoud bin Ahmed al-Mahboubi and Sheikh Ibn Qatlubugha, and made it into two sections. In each topic, the talk came about their name, lineage, status, death, and the effects they left. Proving the name of the book and its attribution to the author, mentioning the method that the Sheikh followed in his explanation, and the sources on which the work relied, then I mentioned the method that I adopted in the investigation, and I mentioned the description of the copies, the approved version, then the second chapter, which is the investigation section, which I called the Investigated Text, and then the conclusion, which includes the most important findings. I have concluded that Sheikh Ibn Qatlubugha was an encyclopedic scholar who was well versed in the sciences of Sharia, and this is very clear through his detailed and accurate explanation of jurisprudential issues, adopting jurisprudential sources and referring to them accurately and correctly, and increasing the rational evidence in inferring the legal texts, and jurisprudential issues in the chapter on deposit, usurpation, mortgage, surety, procuration, transfer, and partnership. It is one of the most important sections of jurisprudence that a Muslim need in correcting his financial dealings with people, and this is a clear indication of the encyclopedia of Sheikh Ibn Qatlubugha (may God have mercy on him).
