Abstract (EN)
IN thıs study, antimicrobiyal activities of some plants, such asCrocus ancyrensis, Smilax excelsa, Salvia verticillata subsp. amasiaca, Salvia forskahlei, Origanum vulgare Tusilago farfara having high potential of being used as food and medicine in Kastamonu Province, which were exracted by different solvents and having different concentrations were tested against 10 different bacteria and yeast strains such as Pichia membranifaciens, Candida albicans, Escherichia durans, Salmonella kentucky, Salmonella Thyphimurium, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes ve Klebsiella pneumoniae.
