Abstract (EN)

Due to sociological and economic problems in our country, sales methods have begun to change rapidly in order not to decrease the purchasing power of consumers. In this process, a new type of contract, which is called construction contract in return for flat in order to facilitate the purchase of housing by consumers, opens the way for the sale of independent sections in a variety of ways unlike conventional real estate sales contracts. However, this contract, which is quite common in practice, is not regulated in our laws. If there is no legal arrangement regarding the construction contract in return for flat, both the parties of the contract and the owners of the contract will have some problems in terms of the sale of the immovable sale promise contract or the assignment of the receivable from the land owners to the title of the rights acquired by the owners of the contract or it is. As the subject of this thesis is the reflection of the construction contracts in terms of consumer law, in work, the general explanations regarding the construction contract for consumer law and flats were made and then the problems faced by third parties who purchased the independent part of the contractor were discussed. Key Words: Construction contract in return for flat, Contractor, Third person, Consumer, Immovable sale.
