Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, for Dye Sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC) the effect of co-absorber molecules, which is used to prevent aggregation during the soaking process of TiO2 covered electrodes with dye, on solar cells efficiency has been studied. For this aim (purpose) firstly DSSC devices has been produced without co-absorber molecules, for comparison, DSSCs have been fabricated with present co-absorber molecules and one with the studied ones. The fabricated DSSCs devices has been characterized with absorbtion spectrum, I-V curves and electro-chemical impedance spectrum to investigate the photo-voltaic performance under standard measurement condition. As a result, it has been proven that the usage of co-absorbers increase the efficiency of DSSC devices.
