The educated personnel,which are also called as the intellectual capital of the enterprises, are gained as anoutcome of lengthy educational processes. In order to be able to compete both inother banks? and their own markets in the competitive market conditions, theparticipation banks should educate and improve their personnel according to themarket conditions of the day.The education of the personnel in the participation banks forms the subject ofthis study. In order to explain this topic, initially the properties and the history of theparticipation banks are stated while in the following sections first ?personneleducation? and then ?in-service education? subjects are explained. In the last section,the questionnaire made about this topic is evaluated and propositions for solutionsare presented.
