Özet (EN)
At the end of the 1990?s, layer-by-layer assembly (LbL assemly), developed by Decher has been an alternative to applications in the fields of biology and medicine for preparing thin films. In this study, except of polymer/polymer application in LbL assembly, protein/nanoparticle was applied.First, they were obtained four different layers with protamine sulfate and poly-L-lysine biomolecules which are combined with gold and silver nanoparticles. The visions and held on surfaces nanoparticles are investigated in scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. Then, the surfaces, which the silver ions were entrapped in, were investigated if they have any antibacterial features. For each four combinations, it was obtained silver ion enhanced surface using AgNO3 solution. And then, it was investigated in nutrient agar medium for gram negative and gram positive bacteria as representative with these surfaces, and finally the results were good. It?s thought that surfaces prepared by LbL assembly could be used in biomedical applications.
