Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to determine the indentation loads of laminated metal faced and foam cored sandwich beams under quasi-static concentrated loads. First, a finite element model is used to calculate the indentation load. Then, indentation tests are conducted on the specimens produced to check the validity of the finite element model. The experimental results obtained show that the finite element model yields accurate indentation loads.
