Design of welded steel construction and effect of design on welding quality

While welding steel construction are being formed, a process passes as in the other production methods. Choices made in that process are consired on design of welding construction.The quality of construction occured at the end of process is evaluated by the suitability of construction. For forming a suitable construction , production process is constructed well. It is essential to take care to the welding method, the welding geometry and kinds of material. In the light of these knowledge, it is important to choose the best suitable design among the probable solutions. Otherwise the whole construction will be given up or be repaired. In each situations, the cost of the construction will be over the normal spending. In this study, the compenents on the process of forming welding construction and alternatives of components are researched and it is brought up that it is essential how the process is designed in order to constitute a quality construction.
