Abstract (EN)

One of the special features which divides Turkic languages from each other has been used different words in Turkic languages. An active word in one Turkic language may not be an active another one, such words may be found as archaic words in idioms, proverbs and dialects, too. We must refer to materials of modern Turkish languages, in order to discover the meaning of archaic words. One example: in Turkic languages and dialects we can see many words which carry the same meaning of the word "voice": tauysh (tauys, dauys, dauysh, dovysh); un, avaz (auez, auyz); kui, chau, ses. Including "ses" is one of the words which belongs to the Oguz dialects, but it is not used individually in other Turkic languages. And the word "dauys" has been used in the Kazakh language in this sense. At the same time in idioms of the Kazakh language we can see the word "ses": ses korsetu "to dispute, to resist". The word "ses" which does not have the meaning when it is used separately and which is found only in idioms, will be understood through the meaning which is given in the modern Oghuz Turkish languages. And the word "dauys" has been used in the Kazakh language in this sense. At the same time in idioms of the Kazakh language we can see the word "ses": "seskorsetu" (to dispute, to resist). The meaning of the word "ses" which does not have the meaning when it stays lonely and which is found only in idioms will be able to understand through the meaning which is given in the modern Turkish language. In this thesis we tried to explain the words, which in the example was shown above, in the Kazakh standard language was not used lonely and expressed the meaning only when it was used in idioms on the basis of the meanings in the Turkic languages.
