Abstract (EN)
The Ahıska region is a very old Turkish native land is in Georgia, near the Ardahan in Northeast of Turkey. Abastuban, Adigon, Aspinza, Ahilkelek, Azgur and Hirtiz are important villages in Ahiska, that is the center of 200 more villages and 15 km to the border of Turkey. That is the region of Meskhetian Turks and after the Exile in 1944 they are living in different ten country in the world. They are living in exile in different geographies although with protective their own selves, traditions and their cultural identities. 73 years Meskhetian Turks are living far from homeland and did not forget their traditions still. Our thesis topic is about Meskhetian Turks short history, culture, birth, wedding and death ceremonies, national cuisine and folk literature products of nowadays living in exile in Shymkent region of South Kazakhstan. Our thesis is about Meskhetian Turks periods of culture (birth,wedding and death), which is the main topic of our thesis study, following this section about Meskhetian Turks, we analyzed and tried to give information about celebretions, folk faiths, folk cuisine, folk literature products. This is extremely important in terms of the details of culture to transferming to the future generations of the Meskhetian Turks. İn our thesis studying according source contacts we tried to give information about tradition and customs of Meskhetian Turks.
