Abstract (EN)

Tourism is related to meeting the normal needs of people where they are constantly working, working, and supplying the usual ordinary requirements from their short stays in travel and where they go. Recently, the development of transportation and communication technology, the increase of national income, people want to evaluate their free time; tourism has gained a very different dimension in history than people visited with commercial and religious goals. After the Second World War, tourism entered a period of rapid progress, spreading to wider public communities and long distances. Tourism; in the position of the fastest growing sector in the world, covering all services such as recreation, eating-drinking, transportation, activity and travel arrangement in communication with economic, social, traditional and natural environment. The economic, social, traditional and political impacts of the tourism sector, which is becoming increasingly important now and in the future, have serious consequences for the country's economy. This situation increases the importance given to tourism not only in developed countries, but also in developing countries which have a large share of international tourism activities. Tourism, especially in the face of economic problems and crises faced by developing countries, creating the foreign exchange input needed, gaining new earnings and increasing the power of working power; In terms of countries, it has become a priority sector. The importance of the tourism industry, which has an indispensable importance for the economies of the country, has tried to reveal the working conditions of the labor force in the sector. The area of the Silk Road in Kazakhstan is characterized by the splendor of natural sites with a wealthy cultural heritage. The main symbol of the Silk Roads of Kazakhstan is the roads, lakes and unique nature that connect the caravanserais and countries. The caravan route is the key to the trade in history and the transnational link. With the dissolution of the Soviet Union, it is known that not only Kazakhstan but also the geography of all the other Central Asian countries increase. The important common value of Kazakhstan and other Central Asian countries has started to attract attention as the Silk Road. For this reason, the globalization process opened the gates of Kazakhstan to the world and the interest and relevance of the Silk Road was increased and the traditional heritage occurred in the Silk Road and the plans for the creation of tourism activities were on the agenda. In 1987, UNESCO launched inventory and conservation activities in Central Asian countries within the framework of the adaki Great Silk Road Project er and continued activities until 1998, attracting attention to the cultural heritage in this area. After the collapse of the Soviet Union for tourism-oriented valorisation of this heritage, the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) initiated a project in 1993 under the name Silk Road Initiative. Within the framework of this project, activities are ongoing and joint negotiations with the countries related to the direction still continue.
