Abstract (EN)
CBRN sites contain quite a variety of risks in terms of their nature. Chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats can create separate risks as well as complicated risks. For this reason, in the event of a possible CBRN accident or disaster, it is not possible to enter the scene without detecting the risks that may occur at the scene. In this case, the time taken to determine the risks at the scene is long and no team can enter the scene and find a chance for information and intervention. In this thesis, it is studied to determine the situation with a thermal camera in order to determine the general health status of the cases at the crime scene, especially in cases that may be in unsafe areas such as CBRN areas. It is clear that there is and will continue to be a need to obtain information about the scene, such as the individual living and the injured person, in cases in hard-to-reach or high-hazard areas (CBRN areas). In this study, we focused on body temperature, in other words fever measurement, because of the advantages of vital signs such as simultaneous applicability to multiple people and non-contact detection, as well as the use of thermal cameras in an integrated manner with unmanned aerial vehicles. In addition, autonomous analysis techniques were studied on the images obtained. Within the scope of our study, a preliminary study was carried out on how to use thermal cameras in order to evaluate the vital signs and the level of exposure in CBRN cases over body temperature.
