Abstract (EN)
This research was carried out in Ankara Kıbrıs Village Valley between 2009 and 2010. As a result of the study in this area, 87 microfungi grown on 49 different host plants have been distinguished. It is determined that this species are belonging to Ascomycota (3 classis, 9 orders, 20 families, 31 genera and 65 species) and Basidiomycota (3 classis, 3 orders, 5 families, 7 genera and 22 species). In this study, 12 microfungi species have been identified as new records for Turkey. With regard to microfungi, the richest families are Rosaceae (17 species), Salicaceae (9 species), Ulmaceae (8 species), Fabaceae (7 species) and Juglandaceae (7 species). We have also distinguished microfungi which vary from 1 to 5 species on the other family members. The recorded microfungi revealed different consort relationships with their host plants. This consort relationships were positive, negative, nötr and antagonistic.
