Key Words: Cyprus Question, European Union, Cyprus and Turkey The study based on the Cyprus Question, the relations of Turkey-European Union and the effects of Cyprus to the relations of Turkey-European Union, defines how the Cyprus Question arise and what Turkey done, what she faced with for the solution of the problem.
