Musa Carullah Bigiyef in innovation of islamic theology

In two centuries a lot of advancements and changes in applied and social sciences and approaches to human rights and freedoms have been experienced.While scinetific studies and technological developments were increasing in the West, the Islamic communities were in the process of disintegration and dispersion.Musa Carullah BIGIYEF,who is one of the leading names of ?neologism? movement developing in Kazan region, is an Islamic scholar who produced solutions and expressed his ideas with courage by writing and saying in everywhere with the aim of protecting Muslims from this stagnancy for future and union of Russian Muslims in the Middle East, Kazan region and Islamic World,. He wrote a lot of books in most fields of region and published articles in newspapers and magazines for awakening, warning and protecting Muslim communities from imitation matter and pointed out that Muslims should give up imitating the West and look after their values to overcome the recent situation.Although Carullah himself argued theology as an unimportant and meaningless field and said that theologists are responsible for Muslim World?s bad situation, nevertheless he could not do without theology.
