Problem of husn and kubh by scholars of kalâm and us?ul al-fiqh

In dictionary, ?husn? is meant ?goodness, beauty and desiring thing, etc.? and ?kubh? is meant ?bad, ugly and thing which not seeing?. In literatur, husn is used that meriting glory in world and meriting prize in life to come. However kubh is used that satiring in world and punishing in life to come. Scholars of kalam and discussed that are thought, belief and act?s goodness or badness only relate godlike sources or intellect affect these.This term is known problem of husn and kubh in both of disiplines. The frame of term was set by Mu?tazilah, Ash'arî, Maturidi cults in discipline of Islamic theology (kalâm) and Islamic theologians (mutekellimin), Islamic jurisprudence?s (fuqaha) scholars in discipline of Methodologies of jurisprudence (Usul al-fiqh). However scholars of these disiplines? views were affected by these disciplines? other views. Setting problem of husn and kubh was indirectly affected by topics about hakîm, memurun bih, human acts, wisdom in godlike acts, etc? Scholars of Ash'arî and mutekellimin said that godlike acts haven?t wisdom and human is not manage acts independently, so they said that intellect don?t set goodness or badness and husn- kubh are relatively. However they thought that husn and kubh are not being essential in assets. Scholars of Maturidi, Mu?tazilah said that godlike acts have wisdom and human?s decision can choise between goodness and badness. School of Fuqaha had defended that intellect set husn and kubh which are being essential in assets. Both of these approachment were established with intellectual and naklî proofs by scholars.Discussions about problem of husn and kubh were affected kelâm?s and usulu fiqh?s other problems. Thoughts of husn and kubh about intellectual or religious were affected when ahad hadith conflict with intellect which choose intellect or religion and aspect of human who lived before religion was not come.
