Abstract (EN)
The 17th century is a period when the Ottoman Empire started to experience political, social and economic upheavals. During this period, the central authority deteriorated with the increase in the number of sultans and the decrease in their stay on the throne. The longer duration of wars and the failure of most of them caused the economy to deteriorate. Despite these negativities in the Ottoman Empire, Turkish Literature continued to progress. Iranian poetry, which was previously exemplified, has ceased to be a goal, and Turkish poetry has gained a national identity. In Divan poetry, innovations were formed under the influence of classical style, Sebk-i Hindi and Hikemi style, and the subject of the poem was expanded. Along with Nefī, radical changes were made in the form of Qasida, and Qasida was started with the fahriye section. Kelîm-i Eyyûb Çelebi lived in Istanbul in the 17th century. He served as a soldier from the Solaklar group in the Ottoman Empire and retired from there. Little information is given about his life and art in the biographies of the period. While Güfti criticizes his poetry with a humorous language; praised by Safāyī. In his poems, the subject of love is generally at the forefront. The subject of religion and Sufism is almost nonexistent. He praised himself excessively in the maqta couplets of his ghazals and compared himself with poets who are considered masters in Iranian literature. No other work of Kelim was found, except for his divan, where he brought his poems together. This study consists of three parts. In the first part, Kelim's life, literary personality and works are formed based on the sources of the period and the Divan he wrote. The second part consists of the structure of the Divan and the analysis of it. In the third part, there is the presentation of the criticized text that is formed by comparing the copies used in our study.
