The foundation of the academic study that will be carried out on this field will be insufficient without reaching the main sources of the philosophy of Islam. Using sources with its first hand is very essential for the value of the studies which will be carried out to reach a valuable point. The Works of Ottoman Science and History of Culture are waiting for being solved as being mostly handwriting works. ? The Pamphlet that Exact cause comes before the effect? is one of these works.Our study is on a pamphlet which has been written in the 15th and 16th century. It concerns about the problem of causation which is one of the basic problems of metaphysics. In the pamphlet which has been written about the Exact Cause will come before the effect?. , Kemalpaşazâde mentions about the topics which will be studied and searched in itself in the philosophy of Islam. when the whole pamphlet is handled However, since the aim of our study isn?t searching these points with its details, the cause and the ideas formed around it has been deeply searched. In the part including these explanations is stated as being the introduction part of this work by the author. As in the second part, the cause and effect relationship is handled in a detailed way in the subject that exact cause comes before effect.In spite of not being handled under a different title in the work, we have searched the need-cause-effect relationship, that we believe it will illuminate the topic, under a seperated title.As a result, in his pamphlet, Kemalpashazade makes a study towards the foundation of the causality which is one of the basic matters of the philosopy of İslam by handling the concept of cause and effect in the center. According to Kemalpashazade, exact cause, it doesn?t matter in which way, comes before the effect. We have mentioned about many topics of the philosopy of İslam with various means besides making a detailed study on this paint with our work. Morever, our study contributes in terms of handling a light to the philosophical movement in the age and helping searches with the criticism text of the work.
