Abstract (EN)
In this study, geology, mineralogy and geochemistry of the mafic rocks of Kemer (Antalya) and nearby have been studied. Study area is consisted of northeast and southeast of Kuzdere, west of Çamyuva and north of Tekirova around Kemer. Rocks in research field is consisted of serpentinites, gabbros and doleritic dykes. In microscopic studies, mineral content of rocks which taken from the field is viewed as olivine, clinopyroxene and plagioclase. But traces amounts of orthopyroxene and opaque also have been seen. Serpentinization, iddingsitization, uralitization, serisitization, carbonatization and epidotization has been seen in rocks and rocks has shown cumulatic textures frequently. By examining chemical analysis results, Harker diagrams, spider diagrams and rare earth element diagrams have been showed that gabbro and diabase dykes taken from the field is a magma product which formed in subduction zone.
