The Nation of the social equipment area at city planning and the principles of design in libraries

The aim of this project is to examine the standardization, and to point out where the libraries are in education. It is make realize to the changes in the modern world effects as a conclusion of the community concepts. In this project it had tried to develop some plans for to constitue the public libraries in Turkish cities. In the city life, libraries undertake some important functions like to replying the peoples necessity as; education health, cultural avtivities, green places. We need that kind of cultural units becouse a country can develop only with the young people who are grown by the perfect way. In the last century libraries which are one of the cultural units, helps the adult people for their lives after education. This function realized by the Public Libraries. By the way there is a comprison like " Public Universities" They become the memories of that place with collecting detailed knowledge. It had tried to have some conclusions to research the aims of setting up that kind of units. It can be said that the method of this reserch based on the internet researc, experiences and literature.
