Abstract (EN)
In this study, a decision support system for urban distribution center was developed. The decision support system was privatized for fruits and vegetables halls was handled for three layout plan and new models were proposed. The models were solved using different approaches such as Lineer Programming, Goal Programming and Possibilistic Programming. In section two, firstly studies related to supply chain in the literature were analyzed and then the importance of distribution centers in supply chain management were investigated. After that studies about fruits and vegetables halls were focused. In the next sections the layout of urban distribution centers and decisions making were investigated and proposed solution techniques were described. In section 5, the models were proposed for proposed layout plans. In section 6, the proposed models were applied to the new fruits and vegetables hall which is thought to be built in İstanbul Tuzla and solved using GAMS package programming. Finally, the results were compared with each other and optimum layout plans were proposed.
