Examination of Aksantaş Public Housing in the context of urban regeneration

The aim of this thesis is to urban renewal projects to examine the scale of Adana City Sinanpaşa Street Aksantaş TOKİ public housing. Aksantaş Factory and the surrounding residential area planned for urban transformation project, which was realized by TOKİ. With this study TOKİ applications and public housing of Aksantaş TOKİ, location, layout, planning and climatic were examined with physical, social, economic dimensions. In the result of sections, the data obtained were examined in the light of findings. Another purpose of this study is to create the infrastructure for future similar studies.Keywords: Urban regeneration, Urban renevation, Public housing. TOKİ
