Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, ZnO nanostructures were synthesized on unseeded glass substrates by a simple and economic Chemical Bath Deposition technique and it was investigated effect of the concentration and temperature parameters on the structures. All of the films have wurtzite crystal structure. The structures were obtained in the different morphologies such as unique micro-nano rod, tube and sheet hybrid forms depending on the parameters of concentration and temperature. The optical energy bands of the structures were calculated between 3,76 – 3,93 eV. The structures which is synthesized at 200 C indicated best photocatalytic performance.
