Abstract (EN)

Nowadays, as competition conditions increase, businesses are evolving toward a more complex structure. It is an undeniable fact that the harmony of the person with the job, the organization, the manager and the team plays an important role in protecting the current employment and increasing the success of the organization. In this study, it was aimed to reveal the effect of person-to-job fit, person-organization fit, person-manager fit and person-team fit on turnover intention, and to determine the mediating role of job alienation. For this purpose, quantitative research methods were selected from the research methods and a questionnaire form was used as a data collection tool. The questionnaire prepared as a 5-point Likert was applied to 423 employees, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS program. As a result; There is a negative relationship between person-job fit, person-organization fit, person-manager fit, person-team fit, intention to leave and job alienation; positive relationship between turnover intention and work alienation. In addition, it has been determined that work alination has the partial mediating role in the effect of person-to-job fit and person-organization fit on turnover intention; a full mediating role in the effect of person-supervisor fit and person-group fit in of turnover intention.
