Abstract (EN)

The development of interpersonal and social communication development constitutes an important step. Health care services sold in the structure of society is another. Today of health services burden due to the variety of public and private health institutions are seen to be a correct orientation. The development of private hospitals in Turkey in recent years to increased public control. Rather common in large cities with populations large private hospitals, in a sense, access to the gap in health services. The high demand for health services to the private hospitals to establish and spread rapidly in our country is observed.Private hospitals and the private aspects of people, can get more efficient in terms of health care has become the preferred institutions. Private hospitals in terms of communication skills, are more effective in terms of his service. The reason for this rather than patient-focused service, customer-focused services have been preferable. Thereby increasing competition in health care is provided. Increased competition in the development of personal communication techniques, the implementation of leading private hospitals are the most important ideas. Public health services offered by the most distinctive difference is that personal contact offered by private hospitals that is due to positive effects on patients.Key words: Communication, Communication Technigues, Establishment of Private Hospitals
