Mobbing, in respect of the provisions on the protection of personality

As a profoundly current issue in the business world and in the judiciary, mobbing constitutes an attack against personal rights. In this study, mobbing is examined within the scope of the protection of personal rights and personality. The purpose of the thesis is to present suggestions on the issues requiring legal solutions by assessing the feature of mobbing as attacking personal values and reviewing the functionality of the tools for the protection of personality against mobbing and conclusively making contribution to recognition of mobbing morein the eyes of practitioners.
