Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, trial equation methods which allow to obtain exact solutions of the partial differential equations are examined. It is aimed to find the new exact solutions of such equations with trial equation method. The extended trial equation method, which is a further development of the proposed method, is expressed. The developed method was applied to cubic nonlinear Schrödinger equation and (3+1)-dimensional Kadomtsev-Petviashvili (KP) equations to obtain different new complete solutions of these equations. When these new exact solutions are searched in the literature, we can state that these equations are new exact solutions not found in the literature. In addition, two and three dimensional graphs were drawn to illustrate the physical behavior of these new complete solutions.
