Özet (EN)
The target of this study is to find out what kind of profile the children have who have participated in these collective movements. 103 children, who have been taken into the custody because of attending collective movements between 2009-2011 in Batman, have been interviewed within the study of related thesis. It has been observed that these children, who generally started to participate these collective movements between 12-15 ages, act together with their peers significantly. In addition, 24.3 percent of the children taken into custody have been arrested, while 17.5 percent have been convicted. Most of these children have been taken into custody because of the reasons like ?throwing stones, protesting and press releases?. Also, those families (63,1 percent), whom the children belong to; have been observed that they migrated from other local residences to Batman especially in 1990-1995. One another important determination about mentioned children are findings about the respective families and relatives especially who were arrested because of political reasons, convicted, participated in illegal organization, exposed to unidentified murders. It can be said again that this aspect is effective in politicizing children and attending to these movements. Another interesting finding is the connection with school of significant proportion of children interviewed in this study was cut before (% 40).Key words: Children in conflict with the law, collective movements, Batman Province
