Abstract (EN)

This study deals with the examination and promotion of stand-alone works that were copyrighted in the classical period in the field of Islamic international law. The general purpose of the study is to provide general information about Islamic state law and to give information about the content and importance of the works in question. The study consists of two parts, and in the first part, general information about the field of Islamic state law is given. The historical course of this scientific field since its formation, the basic principles and elements of the field, its place in the history of general law and the developments in the modern period have been tried to be explained in this section. In the second part, the works written on the field of Islamic state law in the pre-modern period, which forms the basis of the study, are examined. In this section, where each of the works is handled separately, there is information about the contents of the works and their authors. In addition, evaluations were made about the works, and the similarities and differences between them were tried to be mentioned. Keywords: Siyer, Islamic Law, Islamic International Law, Literature.
