An investigation on the cost of hydraulic structures in the classical irrigation schemes: A case study of the Sivas Ulaş karacalar irrigation

In this study, 19 th Regional Directorate of DSI, researches have been carried out on the hydraulic structures within the scope of the classical irrigation schemes located within the scope of the project site of the Ulaş Karacalar Dam in Sivas province. In this study, the quantities of each of hydraulic structures obtained from the preliminary report of DSI was used. The amount of material found at the end of the quantity was multiplied by Project and Construction Department of DSI unit prices in 2015 and the results were collected and and the cost of each building was determined. This process was performed on the Microsoft Excel program. Sivas Province Ulaş Karacalar Irrigation is calculated as 13 979 474.80 TL with the unit prices in 2015. On the other hand, the hydraulic structures is calculated as 2 035 005.33 TL in total. The total estimated cost of the schemes, are proportioned to each of the separate cost hydraulic structures and was calculated as 14.56 %. In the conclusion part, the study is discussed and the necessary suggestions are given.
