Saki-nameler in classical Turkish literature "Form and content examination"

In this study, saki-name texts written between the 15th century and the 20th century have been studied in terms of form and content. Our thesis is a study of content and another new text of sakî-name has not been read by myself. The reviewed texts have already been transcribed before. The review has been carried out including all available texts of sakî-name. Saki-name is one of the important types of classical Turkish literature. Saki is a kind of poem is used in real and mystical/sufistic meaning which particularly mentions to wine, chalice, decanter, council, gin mill and refers to musical instruments, wine cask, pitcher, candle, table, meals and appetizers. Our study consists of three parts. In the first part, the development of classical sakî-nâmes in classical Turkish literature has been explained starting from the first examples. In the second chapter, saki-nâmes have been examined in terms of poetry forms, rhythm, rhyme, repeated voice/word after the rhyme. In the third chapter, the content analysis in the sakî-nâmes has been carried out; the texts have been examined in terms of love, religion and mystic/sufistic concepts, mystical/sufistic metaphors such as saki, wine, chalice, council, gin mill, meals, appetizers, musician, singer, musical instruments, decanter, pitcher, wine cask, expeditious, drunkenness… etc. The components which are associated with these concepts have been revealed.
