Classical management approach, neoclassical management approach and education management

One of the essential rules of universe and human life is the alternation. Human life and the notion of management in human life is in constant change. At this point, is it really appropriate to limit the notion of management to the time after Industrial Revolution? Throughout the history of humanity, the notion of management created the economic structure and that economic structure left an impression on societies' cultures. These influences have contributed to the emergence of civilization forms and these forms of civilization have brought a life form to each period. When examined, it can be clearly seen that the biggest conflict in the history of humanity is between materialism and spiritual traits. This is not just a difference in perspective, but a clash of values. It will affect future's vital paradigms as well as it affects the past and the present. In this dissertation, examples of management are mentioned by referring to Classic and Neo Classic Management Perspective. Moreover, today's changing economic and sociocultural structure is emphasized. The aim of this dissertation is to bring interpretive perspectives instead of generating objective truths.
