Abstract (EN)

In the study, morphological characterization of hybrid plants that were obtained by hybridizing the previously made Clementine mandarin-22D x Rio Red grapefruit and Clementine mandarin-22D x Red shaddock to obtain colorful, seedless and maturing varieties in different periods was performed; in addition, ploidy levels and stomal characteristics of the plants were determined. In order to determine the genetic diversity in both populations, morphological characterization was carried out separately. For this purpose, 15 different morphological characteristics of each plants were used in each plant. In addition, morphological dendrograms were created by performing similarity coefficient, principal components analysis (PCA) and cluster analysis of hybrids in the population by using the data obtained as a result of morphological characterization. The first five factor scores contained 72.01 % the total multivariate variation of Clementine mandarin-22D x Rio Red grapefruit hybrid population. Similarly, the top five factor score included 74.11% of the total multivariate variation of the Clementine mandarin-22D X Red Shaddock hybrid population. According to a cluster analysis, the minimum similarity index of the Clementine mandarin-22D x Rio Red grapefruit population consists of 72 hybrids was 34.92%. In the Clementine mandarini-22d x Red shaddock hybrid population consisting of 75 individuals, the minimum similarity index was 36.30%
