Özet (EN)

In our study, it is aimed to control the computers on the FliL and UmoD genes of nanoparticles (highly silver nanoparticles) in P. mirabilis and P. vulgaris. On this occasion, samples were taken from a total of 100 patients with airway infections (60 patients) and wound infections (40 patients) at AL-Hussein Teaching Hospital in Thi-Qar province/Iraq. Samples were collected between May 2020 and May 2021. Bacterial examination; It was aimed with morphological features, biochemical tests and PCR technique. Antibiotics of Ag nanoparticles are using serial dilution (2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15, 17.5, 20, 22.5, 25). Ag nanoparticles have a minimum inhibitory potency of 9 mg/mL against producers of P. mirabilis and P. vulgaris. Positive results were obtained for UmoD and RffG genes of P. mirabilis and P. vulgaris isolates isolated from wound and UTI samples. Antibiotic preservative test results revealed that all Proteus isolates were resistant (100%) to ampicillin, ciprofloxacin, and amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, and approximately 95% of Proteus expenditure was sensitive to ceftriaxone and Imipenem.
