Abstract (TR)
Bu tez çalışmamızda alternatif ve seçmen kümesinin değişken olduğu durumlaradair tutarlılık ilkeleri olan aktarımsallık ve klonlamaya karşı direnç ilkelerini kullanarak yaygın olarak bilinen Çoğunluk ve Condorcet sosyal seçme kurallarının aksiyomatik karakterizasyonlarını yapıyoruz. Klonlamaya karşı direnç ilkesi alternatif kümesinin eleman sayısının arttığı, aktarımsallık ise azaldığı durumlarda sosyal seçme kuralının bu değişimlerden belirli koşullar altında etkilenmemesini talep eden ilkelerdir.
