Abstract (EN)

Ischemica is defined as inadequate blood supply causing lack of oxygen to the area which arter feeds as a result of spasm or occlusion of arteries. In addition to ECG findings, CK-MB, cardiac troponins is also widely used to diagnosis of myocardial ischemia. These tests used in diagnosis of cardiac ischemia or heart attack are inadequate in order to early diagnosis and treatment of ACS. In case of undiagnosedischemia, myocardium is damaged leading to necrosis and heart attack is seen. In case of diagnosis of ischemia, providing reperfusion of blood stream is extremely important in order to prevent miyocardial infatctus (MI). IMA is most important indicator because of it is released in plasma within a minute and is reached to peak level at hours. For this reason, micro scale solid-state cobalt sensor with coated of 5-amino-3 metilisothizolehidrocloride ionofor was developed in our thesis study. The slope of the electrical potential was measured as 30 ± 0,445 mV according to measurements at the stationary and flow environment. Repeatability of the cobalt selective sensor is detected in Co(NO3)2 solution between 10-1M and 10-5M concentration. Cobalt (II) sensor provides increase in peak area associated with increase in bovine serum albumin. According to the human serum albumin test with cobalt selective sensor, person who is diagnosed IMA at his/her albumin which is damaged that is caused to reduce for binding capacity to the metal ion such as cobalt (II). Under this condition this type of damage at the human albumin is caused decrease in mobile phase concentration as slightly ratio. Person who has normal and healthy human serum albumin which is caused to increase for its binding capacity to the metal ion such as cobalt (II) ion so that cobalt concentration is decreased as high level in the mobile phase that is detect high peak area and height than the ischemia modified albumin. According with these result, peak area is detected as 2,053 unit area for IMA and peak area is detected 5,643 unit area for normal albumin.
