Abstract (EN)

In recent years, companies have constantly made an effort in order to innovate and they try various techniques in order to create this innovation. One of these techniques is the term of Intrapreneurship which has been used more commonly since 1980s and describes the concept of entrepreneurship within the company. It is asserted that Intrapreneurship has a great impact on innovation by means of non-routine activities, creation of values within the company and increasing the loyalty of the personnel to the company. Therefore, Intrapreneurship becomes extremely important for small and medium-sized enterprises. The main aim of this study is to explain widely the term of self entrepreneurship, the dimensions of self-entrepreneurship and the obstacles in front of self- entrepreneurship. This study also examines the perspective of SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) that operate in Konya and the effects of the factors affecting on company performance by probing the dimensions of self-entrepreneurship.
