Relationship of modern management techniques and innovation in SMEs: A research intended for Gaziantep organized industrial zones

The continuously changing with globalization, affects increased competition, societies and economies, as much as also businesses. New management techniques in business management has emerged that purposes to adapt contidions bring by this changing. SMEs' that occurs large part of business of our country, determine approaches in Modern Management Tecniques applications and examine relationships with innovation that one of the most important competitive strategies of Modern Management Techniques for bussinesses occurs purposes of this reasearch. This study's research problem can be expressed like Modern Management Techniques impact on the application of the innovation ability of enterprises whether Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone for SMEs' operating in the reasearch. In the study as well as literature, a questionnaire was created for determine wiewpoint of businesses to Modern Management Techniques and innovation ability. Under research 235 questionnaire could collected from questionnaire sent to 420 SMEs responses were included in the research. According to the analysis of data obtained under research, SMEs operating in Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone believes they can gain advantage from Modern Management Techniques. Some Modern Management Techniques which applied by SMEs have affected the innovation ability of bussiness was seen. Modern Management Techniques that apply by SMEs was found to differ according to where the business of sector and the number of employees. As a result, important findings for both businesses as well as who wants to research this subject on the future are obtained in the research is evaluated.
