As well known e-business and e-trade has a highly importance on the small and medium sized enterpriseses any more.So if a firm want to particape international businness it must be a necessity e-business and trade affairs.So it is a reality that be known two developments have made changed the world in this century.Globolization and the develop and rising technological changes in communination and information.We use internet and computer in every area of our life.And they have been ou incomparable parts of our personal social life.But at the same time these developments have brought big responsilities and diffuculties for users and enterprises.So,these problems must be solved very quickly if the firms want to work easy and healthy working in these area.In particularly,these small and medium sized enterprises ca not take much risks i this trade life.And in addition to this expensives of tecnical basis give extra diffuculties to the these firms.So,lacking of proper procuders ,and e-trade education,diffuculties to reach the web services ,incompability to their trade affairs to this working and like these problems make problems for them. If these roblems can not be solved they have much diffuculties for e-busineess and trade organization life.If the firms want to make trade in the local and international they must take the e-business education and they must educate thier personals about e-business.they must give thier personal how they use e-business and give importance of e-trade affairs in the business life. As a result lacking of education e-business and e-trade for firms.
