Abstract (EN)

Cinema originated as a powerful tool for reflecting the world of human emotion and thought. With technological progress, cinema has reshaped both forms of expression and storytelling. Today, artificial intelligence has not only influenced every aspect of life, but has also added a new dimension to the processes of art and creativity. In this context, the integration of cinema with artificial intelligence has created an important debate on the future and transformation of cinema. This study aims to understand the perceptions of filmmakers, who represent the future of cinema, towards artificial intelligence and the integration process of these technologies into cinema. This assessment, conducted through fieldwork from the perspective of filmmakers in Turkey, sheds light on both the artistic and technical dimensions of the relationship between artificial intelligence and cinema. The findings obtained offer predictions for the future of cinema.
