Özet (EN)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship levels among collective teacher efficacy, perceived administrative support, and problem-solving skills. In today's conditions, where the importance of individuals, who have the most significant impact within organizational structures, has increased, it is considered important for individuals to maintain their presence in the organization. Individuals must have the competence and experience to adapt to today's conditions. Organizational managers should identify the aspects of individuals that are lacking or need to be developed, and try to eliminate these deficiencies by providing in-service training, course and seminar programs, and with the support of experienced employees. Getting used to and accepting new events and situations does not occur in the same time concept for every individual. While some individuals have trouble keeping up with technology, some individuals experience problems due to lack of experience. Individuals need to be taught the ability to cope with new events and situations. At this point, managers should observe the attitudes and behaviors of employees towards work and support their employees in case of problems. Managerial guidance is considered important for the rapid acceptance of the new process and overcoming crisis situations as soon as possible. In this study, the general screening model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used. The universe of the research consists of 6722 teachers working in Zonguldak province and its districts in the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 academic years. The sample of the study consists of 450 teachers working at pre-school, primary school, secondary school and secondary education levels in Zonguldak province and its districts. In determining the individuals, the appropriate sampling method, which is one of the non-random sampling methods, was used. In order to collect data in the study, three scales were applied to the teachers: "Collective Efficacy Scale, Perceived Supervisor Support Scale and Adult Problem Solving Skills Scale". Data analysis was done using the SPSS statistical program. Percentage, frequency, mean and standard deviation analyses were used in the analysis of data. Score distributions were examined to determine which statistics would be used to compare means between groups. When the Kolmogorov–Smirnov test, skewness and kurtosis coefficients were examined, it was seen that the score distributions exhibited a normal distribution. Therefore, parametric tests were used to examine teachers' perceptions of collective teacher efficacy, perceived administrative support, and problem-solving skills. Finally, it was determined that teachers' collective teacher efficacy and problem-solving skills positively and significantly predicted perceived administrator support.
