Abstract (EN)
The essence of the collective unions liberty comprises the covering of existence and activities of unions. Collective unions liberty is important for the purposes of modern unionism as it foresees the independence for the establishment and act of unions. This liberty comprises the freedom of foundation, regulation making, selection of directors, establishment of new branch offices and senior corporations, membership to international corporations, activity shows and the arrangement of their administration, activity and internal programs.Collective unions liberty is guaranteed under the context of Liberty of Union by numerous international treaties as one of the inseparable economic and social rights. Collective unions liberty has been shaped within the framework of international arrangements as well as the national legislatures in Turkey.
