Abstract (EN)
In the present research, in vitro genetic effects of colchicine alkaloids in different doses and durations on Allium cepa L. and Vicia faba L. were investigated. For the determination of this effects, root tip test and mitotic index calculation were realized. Allium cepa tubers were grown in distilled water and Vicia faba seeds were grown in pot experiments under the controlled plant growth chamber conditions. All of the experiments during the research have been realized twice.
