Abstract (EN)
In this study, Borel-Atiyah-Segal-Quillen-Hsiang localization theorem which introduced for compact Lie group actions on compact spaces is generalized to finite dimensional, compact group actions on compact spaces. Moreover, under some conditions, the cohomological structure of the fixed point set of finite dimensional, compact, connected, abelian group actions on compact spaces is investigated.
