Abstract (EN)

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a system that shortens business processes by optimizing, reduces costs, minimizes errors, thereby increasing customer satisfaction. It is a system that increases the level of education of employees and incorporates them into decision-making processes. In other words, TQM is one of the important activities that play a role in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprises. For this reason, enterprises are aiming to implement TQM professionally in all of their business processes. As in the case of all the enterprises in the direction of the stated expressions, total quality applications are given importance also in the hospitality management. In this study, the effect of TQM on employee performance was investigated. In the scope of the study, a large literature survey was conducted to determine the hypotheses to be developed first, and hypotheses were determined for analysis. Individual questionnaires were prepared for hypotheses to measure TQM and employee performance. In the questionnaire, 57 hospitality management operating in the province of Antalya and having TQM application provided attendance. As a result of the analysis of the effect on the employee performance of the current TQM applications in these enterprises, the TQM applications of the hospitality management have resulted in positive and significant effect on the employee performance.
