This survey is carried out for the purpose of disposal and comparison of the level of the job satisfaction of employees working in the accommodations which do or don?t apply all inclusive system.The population of this survey comprises the employees working in the four and five stars hotels located in İzmir, Bodrum, Kuşadası and Antalya-Kundu tourism region. As it is almost impossible to reach all the elements of the universe of this survey, exemplification method is applied. Questionnaire technique is used as data-collecting method in the survey. 1100 questionnaires were handed to the accommodations and 844 of them were evaluated. Demographic factors related to exemplification, attitudes of employees to all inclusive system, and level of employees? job satisfaction are included in the survey. The factors affecting the job satisfaction are; the qualifications of the job, administrator?s attitude, payment-promotion facilities, phychological effects of the job and working conditions. In the light of these factors the findings which are related in the subsituations of the job satisfaction are evaluated. It has been checked by the ?Mann Whitney U? test if there is a difference about job satisfaction level between the employees working in the accomodations which do or don?t apply all inclusive system. Because sample doesn?t indicate normal distribution feature. Level of reliability is estimated to be 0.05.According to the results of the survey, it has emerged that there is a meaningful difference among the job satisfaction level of the employees working in the accomodations which do or don?t apply all inclusive system. It is also observed that the level of satisfaction of employees working in the accommodations which don?t apply all inclusive system is even higher. Human Resource Departments of all inclusive accommodations must pay attention to job satisfaction level of the employees and they must maket the necessary surveys in certain periods.
