The relation between job satisfaction and personal and labor union in the same of productivity at accommodation enterprises

Productivity term, with increasing importance day by day, in perception of modern exploitation, is one of the subjects that encompment exploitation manager considers with great interest Also, perception of modern exploitation is giving more value to the humans. Because working of a personnel in a productive way depends onhappines at his working place, thus sati'sfaying from his work. It is expected that a worker with high satisfaction pleases his customer. Moreoveri he doesn't need to look for another job or place since these considerations are reduced to minimum. The objective of our paper is to highlight the importance of satisfaction from work at encampment exploitation in terms of productivity. Work satisfaction and labor turnover relations have been studied in various aspects and approach to topic is also considered with view point of syndicates. Native and foreign literature has been surveyed to give theoretical information and a practical study covering personnel of 4 and 5 star exploitations in Izmir by means of public survey has been also made. As a result of this study, personnel of encampment exploitation are interested in their work and they are satisfied with their work. However many factors, for example low salary as the main factor, forces people to find another job and working places. It seems that syndicates are not involved in this subject adequately.
