The Review of effects on the washing quality of washing methods which of implementation in lolging cooperations

m ABSTRACT The most important and controllable factor in continuation of using performance of laundry is, the washing process. The washing methods that were applied in lodgings are determining factors in washing quality and they signify the success of laundry operations. In this thesis, the effects of washing methods on the washing quality are studied, for the aim of using the linens, as long as possible, without a decrease in their quality and making all these in the most suitable procedure. For this, by deteraiining the general laundry conditions and factors of constitution of ideal washing methods and washing quality, an application study, that based on observation and conversation is performed. The study was carried out in Ankara HiltonSa, which is one of the leading hotels in the world and Turkey. As a result of this study, it is found that, the quality of linens, water and chemicals are very effective on washing quality and factors like equipment, washing duration, classification of dirty linens are at a compensable level and depending on these, the washing methods that are. applied in the laundry of Ankara HiltonSa generally have possitive effects on washing quality. ic ftpHcâCmı tot mm KKfiMAimSYOII MniOBİ
