In order to determine the education profile and sufficiency of the employees of the ready made clothing enterprises (DEBA & GÜNAK örneği)

This research was done for to examine the employees 'education profile and sufficiency in Deba&Giinak that makes production in ready-made clothing in Denizli. In order to determine the Education Profile and Sufficiency of the Employees of the Ready Made Clothing Enterprises; a two parts composed data collection media is developed. There are 13 questions, determining the demographical characteristics, within the first part of the questionnaire. And there are 68 questions, determining the opinions of the operators related with professional sufficiency within the second part. 300 questionnaires are distributed within the organization and only 220 of the distributed questionnaires could be collected. Data, obtained from 208 questionnaires is transferred to the electronic environment via SPSS 11.5 package program. Frequency Distribution, Percentage Distribution and Diagonal Analyses are performed and statistical data of the research are reached. Within the findings and comments chapter of the research; obtained statistical data are turned into tables and required statistical analysis are performed. Within the conclusion of the research; it is seen that great majority of the employees of the organization are composed of female workers, and half of the workers are within 19-24 age group, and more than half of them are married and graduated from primary school. It is seen that almost 60 % of the workers are working for 0-3 years within the sector, and 72.1 % of them work for the organization, where currently employed, for 0-3 years. It is determined that great majority of the workers have Informatic Sufficiency; sewing, quality control, maintenance - repair, Vocational Attitude/Work Habits like sufficiencies; and sufficiencies related with work environment. And according to the results of the research, suggestions are developed. u
